In the Western world, many people live with constant inner pressure, self-judgement, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. For those shaped by trauma, adversity, or chronic stress, the mind often becomes a place of threat rather than refuge.

Traditional wellbeing approaches frequently focus on symptom management, productivity, or forcing calm - without addressing the underlying relationship people have with their own inner world. This leaves many feeling that they are failing at wellbeing itself.

Soulitude exists to offer a different way.

Our Philosophy & Framework

Soulitude’s work is guided by a signature philosophy, model, and approach, all unified through the MYMYBF™ (Make Your Mind Your Best Friend) framework.

Our philosophy holds that the mind is not something to be fixed, silenced, or conquered, but something to be understood and befriended.

Our psycho-spiritual model integrates:

  • the mind (thought patterns, inner narratives, self-talk)

  • the body (nervous system regulation, embodiment, felt safety)

  • the spirit (meaning, connection, inner guidance, and belonging)


Drawing on Eastern wisdom - including yoga philosophy, meditation, and contemplative practices, we carefully adapt these teachings for the Western mind, recognising the impact of trauma, cultural conditioning, and modern stressors.
